The pupils, staff and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher who will provide strong, professional and spiritual leadership as well as clarity of purpose to our increasingly popular school.
Ashford CE Primary School is a two form entry Voluntary Aided Church of England primary school which has provided high quality education to the local community for the last 200 years. We are situated in the heart of the parish of St Matthew’s and St Hilda’s in Ashford Middlesex (Surrey Local Authority). At Ashford CE we encourage our children to reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive Christian environment. Our founding principles are based on love, compassion and respect for all. We are fully inclusive and welcome pupils and families of Christian faith, other faiths and no faith.
Our current Headteacher is moving on to an exciting new challenge so we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will continue to develop our vision and lead, nurture and inspire our children and staff to guide Ashford CE through the next phase of our development on our journey to outstanding.
We are a friendly, supportive and high achieving school with a distinct Christian ethos. Our staff are loyal and talented and relish the opportunity to develop the happy and hardworking children in their care. They are supported in their efforts by engaged and enthusiastic parents and the school is overseen by an effective and dedicated Governing Body.
We would welcome applications from experienced Headteachers, or Deputy Headteachers looking for their first Headship, with a proven record of success. Please come and visit us to see what Ashford CE has to offer you in the next stage of your career.
